Breakfast: Just yogurt and coffee today.

Snack: A big handful of raw almonds.
Lunch: Faux club sandwich: turkey, a piece of bacon, a thin skim of mayo and salad greens on white. Baby dills and baked Ruffles on the side.
Dinner: Man, I have the worst lighting. Rice noodles with thin sliced flank steak and stir-fried vegetables (onion, mushroom, pepper, squash, all the leftover produce bits basically). It tasted better than it looks.
