My phone's camera shouldn't be better than the actual camera I got Ethan for Christmas, but whatever. Day 8 of food journal, Day 3 without caffeine: I give you--CRANKY FEST.
Crankytime Breakfast: Leftover sausage-stuffed mushrooms with peppered rice.

My husband likes quoting statistics about how eating x food lowers your risk of cancer by y%. Almonds are on that list. So he gave me three to eat, and there they are. Woo.
Lunch: Isn't that a glorious looking plate right there? Sandwich on multigrain toast with avocado, gouda, tomato, and lettuce, with a little mayo and honey mustard. Carolina blueberries (tart little suckers, very tasty).
An individual-serving snack. BBQ chips 4EVA!
Dinner: Five slices of very, very thin-crust pizza I made myself, with a little skim mozzarella and a sprinkle of romano cheese over tomato sauce. Served with fresh roma tomato slices.
