Snacktime! One peanut butter no-bake cookie and two more cups of coffee. Coffee coffee coffee. *twitch*
I've had no luck keeping a food journal using traditional methods and I hate to count calories. I started taking photos of everything I eat, instead, and this blog was born. Meet my food:

Day 1
Breakfast: two eggs (I'm a two-egg girl, all the way) cooked over-medium with a little cooking spray, one ripe Georgia peach, de-pitted, and a cup of leftover rice. Seasoned with fresh-ground pepper and a pinch of salt, hot cup of coffee (black, of course) on the side. I suck at flipping eggs.

Late lunch: about 4 oz. of leftover beef roast, two pickle spears and 1/3 of a bell pepper. Not exactly paleo, but grain-free to make up for the sugartastic snack.
Dinner: 2 oz of deli meat (ham & turkey) on some awesome grainy bread, with a slice of smoked gouda, bell peppers, tomatoes, leaf lettuce, and a dab each of honey dijon and mayo. Served with a side of oven-baked tater tots and fruit cocktail. (What is this, my elementary school cafeteria? Answer: No way, they never had sandwiches this good, or fruit with actual cherry pieces.)
