Breakfast: Two eggs again, horribly mangled with a side of sauteed onion, pepper, mushroom and summer squash. One slice of multigrain toast, with butter and a cup of hot, delicious coffee.

Lunch: Thin-sliced ham & turkey (2oz) with avocado, lettuce, tomato, peppers, mayo and honey mustard. Fruit cup. Toothpicks were eyed, then grudgingly dismissed as a viable fiber source.
Snack: I was hungry, so I took two of mom's homemade caramels out of hubby's stash and paired them with a Coke. After eating the caramels, I decided I wasn't ready for a sugar coma just yet, and put the Coke back in the fridge for later.
Dinner: Tofu & veggie marinara sauce tossed with macaroni tubes and a bit of goat cheese, with green beans on the side. I also had that Coke I decided not to drink earlier.

(And... I had seconds. Urp.)
(And.. then I had some chocolate grahams and a mug of 2% milk for a midnight snack. And didn't take a picture. Bad Bika!)
Cool! Altho I have to mention that tofu cooked like that appears to be something that you already ate and came back up....but I like the concept!
